If it is water based, you can give it a quick spritz with water and see how you get on. Ranger do a stamp reviver spray though I haven't tried it. On the other hand, a dry inkpad can be very useful...

Just a hunch here and haven't tried it, but if all else fails then try a tiny drop of blender, or a tiny drop of olive oil. Pigment inks are oil based so it might work. Judy C

It has been stored upside down, for many years. I will try the oil, I hve my parchment craft blenders so that might work - it can't hurt. Many thanks.
